Last Thursday, we were pleased to host another edition of our Leading Women Series, in partnership with ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna and the British Chamber of Commerce Kenya.

Held under the theme “Give to Gain: Empowering Women, Wealth & Legacy,” the event brought together a diverse group of women leaders for an engaging and insightful discussion.

The session explored the role of mentorship, leadership, and collaboration in shaping professional journeys. Speakers shared personal experiences on identifying and nurturing talent, addressing challenges such as self-doubt, and building strong, resilient leadership paths.

A key focus was also placed on wealth and legacy planning, with discussions encouraging more open dialogue around financial responsibility, family transparency, and the importance of establishing clear financial and legal structures for the future.

The event underscored a central message : effective leadership extends beyond individual success to creating opportunities and long-term impact for others.
