On Wednesday morning we hosted a webinar with our member Grant Thorton on 'Impacts of the Finance Bill 2022 on Foreign Residents & Businesses and Decoding the Tax Authority Decision on Withholding Tax'. The presentation was done by Tax Partner Samuel Mwaura and Senior Tax Associate, Maryann Kamau, whose expertise allowed participants to understand all dimensions of the new Finance Bill, as well as discussing Multi-National Companies' victories on the double taxation avoidance agreement.
