Upskill on Climate Change : Climate Fresk Workshop - Friday, 10th April

The insightful workshop led by Climate Fresk Kenya on climate change, its causes, consequences and viable solutions.

We had the pleasure to host this morning the first workshop of the year in partnership with Climate Fresk Kenya, bringing together professionals for an engaging and interactive discussion on climate change.

The Climate Fresk Workshop is a science-based collaborative session designed to help participants better understand the causes, mechanisms, and impacts of climate change. Using a 42-card collaborative game based on reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the workshop transforms complex climate science into a clear and accessible learning experience.

Participants worked together to map the drivers of climate change, explore systemic environmental impacts, and discuss practical solutions that can be applied within their organisations and daily professional activities.

The session was facilitated by Noémie Métais, who leads the expansion of the Climate Fresk network in Kenya and is also the founder of 3Es Experience, an initiative promoting climate action, sustainable energy, and environmental education.

The workshop provided participants with a deeper understanding of climate challenges and reinforced the importance of collective action and informed decision-making in addressing climate risks within the business environment.
