Crisis Leadership Training with Empactive Solutions

Today’s workshop, organized by the French Chamber of Commerce, Kenya in partnership with Empactive Solutions, was a resounding success!

It was an interactive and highly interactive training where C-suite leaders, HR professionals, and managers explored practical ways to:
Lead with clarity and empathy during disruption
Stay grounded under pressure
Keep teams motivated in times of uncertainty
Communicate effectively in moments of crisis

Some of the key takeaways shared by participants included:
- “Never waste a good crisis”
- The art of stepping back
- Empathy and recognizing when employees are “drowning” in crisis
- Learning your own triggers and how to process them
- Brave, not perfect – courage, imperfection, and modeling vulnerability
