Today, we hosted the first Communications and Marketing Business Committee, a vibrant and interactive session focused on maximizing social media for business growth.
Kim Chandarana, Founder and Marketing Consultant at Behind The Scenes, led the discussion, sharing actionable strategies such as:
- Choosing the right platform that aligns with your audience and brand goals.
- Creating content that connects emotionally with your audience by understanding their needs and anticipating their expectations.
- Building consistency through a well-thought-out content calendar and strategic influencer collaborations as well as (UGC).
- Analyzing metrics to refine your approach and amplify your impact.
Kim emphasized the importance of understanding your audience and aligning your messaging accordingly with practical examples from previous campaigns. One standout takeaway was her reminder: “Focus on quality over quantity—master one platform, build an engaged community, and let your authenticity drive results.”
