Coffee Meeting: HR Hour - Team Cohesion: How To? with

On Friday 18th March 2022, we held our first HR Hour of the year, focusing on Team Cohesion.

The training was offered in partnership with Empactive Solutions Solutions and was led by Caroline Englund , Managing Director.

During the session, the attendees gained insights on how to understand individuals and build a strong team, how to use emotional intelligence to understand themselves and others, how to build their team and foster trust and togetherness, how to create a common goal and use it as their North star for team building.
