Breakfast Meeting- Retail Audit: Knowing your Product's Performance in the Market

On Friday 13th May, we held a breakfast meeting on 'Retail Audit: Knowing your Product's Performance in the Market. The presentation headed by Julien Garcier, Managing Director at Sagaci Research and Amon Mwadime, Country Manager at Sagaci Research Kenya took place from 8 a.m. at Sankara Hotel.

Both our speakers took the attendants through the essentials of Retail Audit, covering several case studies to explain the critical features of retail audit, and pointing out insights for people attending to use in their own company evaluation.
