Breakfast Meeting - Employment Contracts: Key Issues for Employers to Consider

On Wednesday 27th April, we held a breakfast meeting on 'Employment Contracts: Key Issues for Employers to Consider'. The presentation headed by Isaac Kiche, Senior Associate of Dispute Resolution at TripleOKLaw, took place from 8 a.m. at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Westlands.

Isaac took the attendants through the essentials in an employment contract, proper termination and dismissal procedure, contractual breaches and how to handle them among others. We would like to thank TripleOKLaw and all the guests who were in attendance.
