This interactive 2-part training is specifically designed for managers who absorb every escalation, paying twice in lost personal time and in managing teams that struggle to build independent judgment. By investing just 5 hours, participants will gain practical tools to delegate real ownership, surface organizational risks early, and reclaim approximately 100 hours of leadership capacity per year.

Session 2: Delegate ownership, not just tasks

Focus: transitioning from delegating task execution to transferring real accountability, empowering teams to make sound decisions and follow through independently.
